Set it up in Outlook

  1. Press Copy signature above.
  2. In Outlook, open the Outlook menu in the top left of your screen and choose Settings. On older versions this is called Preferences.
  3. Under Email, select Signatures.
  4. Click + to add a signature and name it LetsReg.
  5. Click into the editor area and paste with Cmd + V. Save, then close the editor window.
  6. Back in the Signatures window, under Choose default signature, pick your account and set both New messages and Replies/forwards to LetsReg. If you have more than one account, do this for each one.
  7. Send yourself a test email. Check the logo and icons appear, then click your email address and phone number to confirm they go where they should.
About the paperclip. The logo and icons are built into the signature rather than loaded from a website, so they always appear — even for recipients whose email blocks remote images. They ride along as small attachments, which is why your emails will show a paperclip icon. That is expected.
